How we're organized.

The Squamish Tennis Club Society is a nonprofit society incorporated under the BC Societies Act. We're governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by the membership at each Annual General Meeting.

Our bylaws are based on the BC Model Bylaws (Societies Regulation, Schedule 1), adapted to reflect the needs of a community tennis club. We're committed to transparent, member-driven governance.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once per year and is open to all STCS members. It's your opportunity to hear from the board, review club financials, and vote on matters affecting the club — including the election of directors.
